Adrian Garcia is the newest member of BHB9. This small group of teenage hispanic males reign as the most ruthless, brutal and well known gangs in all of Breslin Heights. After a fatal drive-by, Adrian is left sobbing soulfully above his mother's dead body. Now with no one to protect, Adrian remains in BHB9 for one reason only: find the gang that's responsible for his mother's death.
In turn, Adrian meets an outspoke girl named Mohatu. Like oil and vinegar, these two collide instantly. But in time, they find themselves inseparable, igniting a series of lies, deceit and manipulation from those around them.
