Beneath The Surface
I'm falling... Falling, helplessly and inevitably; completely at the mercy of the forces dragging me down. Having to trust in an entity's blind intentions and praying to God that they won't let me hit the ground. It's an incredible and horrifying feeling. A feeling that I live for. I've always had a feeling that I would die young. Ever since I started pondering on deaths door I've had this feeling. I could care less about the hell and heaven shenanigans, but death. I want it. I didn't think about how I would cease to live. I always just thought about family and being myself and just going on with life without a care in the world. I just wanted to spend the last moment I had with that special person in my life, but I guess that will never happen. I have always wanted an anniversary since I was a little girl, and now that I had a chance to get one, I couldn't show up. But just when Amber felt safe, her life was flipped upside down and her past came back to haunt her just when she least expected it...
