She stood there on the balcony, facing out to the horizon that was illuminated by the day's final moments. For a long time her face was unchanging; she was stuck in the same loop of thoughts while the bottom of her dress swirled around her in the wind, which made the waterfalls of silk and tresses seem alive. The sky had long since faded to grey by the time she came in and joined the rest of the party, and her presence there was instantly noticed. The eventful chatter filling the room suddenly ceased as everyone laid their eyes on her. It is her, they all thought in unison. It was a though she could feel the thick silence she created just by existing weighing on her. The King, one royal hand full of rich wine while the other stayed paused over his chest, looked between her and all the guests. He knew they all remembered when she first came to this kingdom.
She was called from a land none of them had seen, and yet they all could see it in her. They could see it in her features, she was set on completing the mission given to her by their king, even if she lost everything to do so.

"The fuck you are leaving me." His roar cracked through the hall like lightning. Ara didn't blink. She stood there, calm as death, done to her core. No tears. No tremble. "Your mistakes come in episodes, Alpha. Season one, season two, season three. You don't make mistakes. You make choices." He swallowed hard. "I don't need her. I need you." "Lies," she spat. "Every damn sentence you breathe is a lie. I can't even look at you without feeling sick." He flinched like her words physically hit him. "That female behind you?" she pointed, not bothering to glance. "Perfect for you. Go mark her. Breed her. Hell, fuck her for all I care." Her voice cracked - but she kept going, blade steady even when bleeding. "I don't need you. Not anymore." His knees crashed to the floor. The mighty Alpha. On the ground. For her. "Ara... I'm sorry. Prologue Finally placing her twins down for bed, Princess Ayumu walked back downstairs to the kitchen to finished up cleaning up the mess the twins made during dinner. Her two sons, Aoi and Kamin both went to her brother's home for a sleepover, hanging out with their cousins for the night. Her eldest child and daughter, Kia, went out in the backyard right after dinner to train with her father, Princess Ayumu's husband, Kakashi. After an hour of tidying up, Princess Ayumu's eye flickered to gold. 'Two people were fighting. In the dark. Couldn't sense or see whom exactly but can tell one unidentified person had the upper hand. Blows after blows from the unidentified person, sent the other flying. Princess Ayumu could hear bones breaking and the sound of blood gushing. She winced. The weaker person on the ground, under a streetlamp light. Princess Ayumu walked closer to get a second look at the person. She freezes. The person looks at the unidentified person, dressed in all black, covered from head to toe. "Who are you?" The person on the ground asked, coughing out blood and breathing heavily. The unidentified person didn't say anything to him. A sliver blade with engraved cherry blossoms and vines emerges from the unidentified person. "I'm the last person you're ever going to see. Sleep tight." 'It's a female.' The Princess thought, eyes wide. The unidentified female swings her blade and off the head goes. Princess Ayumu stands there with tears in her eyes. 'No.' 'At the end of the vision, Princess Ayumu's forehead was covered in sweat. "Mom?" Princess Ayumu snapped out of her mind, turned her head to see her daughter and her husband standing at the entrance of the kitchen. Kakashi had a serious and worried look on his face for he knows that look. "Honey, what's wrong?" Kakashi asked softly. The life of the princess from Aphrodite Kingdom. A year has passed. They have been running around and have ended up 3,863 miles from home now. The princess was running fast through the pouring rain trying to get away from him. Her muscles ached but she continued. She looked back thinking she had lost him until she bumped into something. It was him. They stood there, just staring at each other. The princess could tell the prince was injured because he stumbled toward her. He dropped his sword, "wha- what are you doing *prince name*?" he gave a slight smirk but also winced in pain. "You win princess, you were always going to". She stood there trying to process the words that he just spoke and what had just happened. "You heard me princess, now's your chance to finally end it all." The princess got her dagger and aimed it at his heart, he stood there, accepting his fate. "I love you *princess name*, my princess" as he said those words... guess you'll have to read to find out 😉 (sorry if the chapters are short, I wrote them all in google docs so each part is one full page on google docs.
