It's pretty badly written so I wanted to make a new version where I add more detail to the storyline and the characters. I also changed a few characters so this is just the early draft for the book.

After Mindys Aunt Carol dies in a boating accident, she uses her inheritance to start a private detective business with her friend Ronda. with their estranged secretary Sullivan scaring away most of the walk in customers, the two encounter some wild journeys on their investigations. But things can only go wrong when Mindys annoying sister, Marla shows up in tears asking for money.This story shows the struggle of working life in the late seventies for two young females and their nutcase of a secretary.

Set in 1979.
Both women are 17.
