Lianna Grey had lived in Surrey, British Columbia up until she was thirteen years old. Her dad had gotten a job opportunity forcing their family to pack up and move out to LA, which not only meant living in a whole different environment, but also that Lia would be leaving her closest friends behind. After constant arguments with her parents, four years later, Lia had convinced them to let her go back. The deal was that she would be living with her Uncle Noah, completing the rest of her senior year in Canada before she moved onto Uni. Seemed easy enough, right? Wrong. Despite living in the area previously, everything was new to Lia. Everything was different. Everything had changed. Lia felt like a stranger, and everybody knew Lia as 'That Girl.' That girl who lived here previously in seventh grade. That girl who left all of us behind. That girl who came back thinking it would be fine as she never even left in the first place. She knew it wouldn't be. All of the talk bothered her. A lot. But what bothered her most of all was the fact that she felt as if she had no idea who her friends were anymore. Especially when it came to long term best friend and childhood crush, Malcolm Park.
