It's November of 1953. 2 years since Marty Santorelli had cheated death and formed The Fratelli Family with Alfonso Fratelli. After squashing The Yakuza Branch in Devlin, it went quiet. At least for a while. After The Fratelli Family is struck with a death, a new organization appears on the horizon and make their presence known.
