Long ago, the world was nothing more than an endless sea, cloaked in a boundless sky, reaching as far as could possibly be imagined. Then, two great titans came into existence: The Bionis, and The Mechonis. The titans were locked in a timeless battle, until at last... only their lifeless corpses remained.

Eons have passed.

Now the vast land stretching across the remains of The Bionis is under attack from a relentless force known as the mechon. But one hero and a blade of legend stand against them, sworn to defend The Homs at all costs.

This is the story of that blade, and the future that it created with nothing but the will of its master: The Xenoblade Chronicles.

There was a fleet led by the named carrier after the first founder of the empire, MGS Karliana Mauser, but facing overwhelming forces by the colonies. It ultimately led to a devastating defeat which leads to the devastation of Asteria by the colonies. The mistake was soon realized by the colonies who wept seeing their homeworld origin devastated by their own hands. There's just one problem: I am not Gabriel. But that didn't stop me from stealing the mantle of The Chosen One for myself, unprepared for the consequences this lie would unfold and ill-equipped for what being The Chosen One really means. And for once in their time since they crashed on Mira, humanity finally feels at peace. But the work was not yet over. Not for BLADE. And certainly not for Cross. Called into Blade Tower by Nagi personally, Cross is officially ranking up and becoming the leader of his own team, one of Blades first ever multi-division units. Now the leader of the currently empty Team Cross, he has a team to form, and he has no clue where to even start. ... I wanted to write this because of the recent WiiU online server shutdown. There are lots of games that got hit hard by this, and one of them is one of my all time favourite games, Xenoblade Chronicles X. The only Xenoblade game with online functionality. I remember being a little 9 or 10 year old kid running home after school as fast as I can so I can plop down and play on my Wii U, and 9 times out of ten, it was for Xenoblade X. I had no clue what I was doing, but the game instantly hooked me when I saw the giant robot on the front cover. I had so much fun with the game back in 2015-2019, when my Wii U broke, and I still remember how upset I was when it wouldn't turn on no matter how much I tried. Eventually, just a few months ago, I got Cemu working in my computer, and the first thing I did was get Xenoblade X on there, and when I started the game again, it was like I was a little 9 year old kid again. The game is so special to me, and I was so saddened when I learned the servers shut down. So, I want to make a little something for the game. Just to show how much I love the game and its characters, and how much I want to see it one day continue on a new console. So, to any other Xenoblade X fans out there, I hope you enjoy this, and if you don't know anything about the game, I truly recommend looking into it, it's such an awesome experience for any JRPG enjoyer.
