This is based on a really scary and good story my grandfather told me one time. Before you go on to another book because you think it'll be boring, read the description: In the neighborhood of Spook Lane, legend has it that there is a strange man living there named Higs, mostly known for his strangeness and...his dirty windows. Everyone wonders why they have never even been cleaned, and if the legend of Higs is true, or just a silly rumor.
