Easy Target

In a futuristic world, two very different girls live in the same place, neither one knowing that the other exists. Ari, a girl holed up and hidden in the forest nearby the City for years, has lived a hard life, her parents dead, taken and brutally murdered by the City. It's not like they didn't deserve it, though.
Ari's parents were terrorists.
Ari knows everything there is to know about the terrorist attacks that had been put in place, and the government in the City would do anything to capture her and get the information out of her. She has hidden for a long time, but she has been found and brought to the city way of life of Pima Neilson.
Pima has had a pretty difficult life as well, her mismatched eyes deemed as a "genetic disadvantage", her kind (people with two different colored eyes) therefore banished to the outskirts of the City, which receives little food, all of the people there with two different colored eyes, or related to those who have them. They are forced to do the hard manual labor for the rich Citypeople who live in the wealthy parts of the City.
When the girls eventually meet, what will happen?
