The foghorns blew loudly in the distance, vibrations trickled across the stagnate pools of water creasing onto the shore. Fish jumped up out of the water hoping to get a glimpse of the upside world. Flying fish flew uphead accompanied by the ominous flick of an electric eel every so often. The ocean was so beautiful, but so was land, the books, the flowers, the lights! Things you couldn't get underwater.

Cala Maria longed for a book of some kind from above that was filled with knowledge , and maybe even a light to guide her through the dark ocean waters that linger below the surface. Maybe even a flower, only the most beautiful will do she thought. Her elbows rested upon the planks of wood on an old ship wreak. Sometimes she'd come here to gaze at the carnival lights from far away, the shined so bright. Of course there were lights by the dock but they weren't as luminescent as the ones ever so far.

Closer to the ship wreak was if course the casino, its lights of course not as luminous; instead they right of cursed souls and flickering lights. Just because her contract was destroyed, doesn't mean they were out of business, hoping to collect more contracts to not only make up for what they lost, but to repair the reputation that had been damaged. Two young fellows knocked the devil and his lackey back into their place. Cala Maria doubted the Devil would ambush them again without a strong plan, if at all.

(Years after the events of Cuphead)
DOES NOT TAKE PLACE IN THE SAME TIMELINE AS THE CARNABERG STORY!

Sequel to "Escape from the Witch Hunters" Jack kept walking towards her and Ami kept backing up until finally she hit the wall. "Why are you doing this?" "Doing what?" he had an arrogant smile on his face and he got closer to her. "That." she nodded towards his closing in on her. Her breathing and her heart beating picked up speed. "Is it wrong for me to want my own wife?" his own body was nearly pressed against hers and he rested his head between her head and shoulder. "It is when you, just days before, resented the very fact that I was alive." she closed her eyes, trying to steady her breathing. "Maybe I've had a change of heart." he looked at her. She looked at him with her blue eyes. "I don't think so." "What if I said I loved you?" he whispered hoarsely. "I wouldn't believe you." she rested her head against the wall as her heart pounded in her ears. His eyes flashed, then he viciously grabbed her by the waist, pulled her close to him, and his lips crashed onto hers. ~~~ Andromeda Aurora Amélia the Third had dreaded the day she turned sixteen, as she would have to be married to the very snobbish boy, Prince Jacques. She was a ninny and didn't like petty lizards. He was a snob who hated anything in a dress. What happens when they're forced to marry? Will the alliance go through? Will Jack drive Ami crazy enough for her to return home? Or will they work out their differences for the sake of their two countries?

She was a girl from inside the wardrobe. He was a boy from outside the wardrobe. ~~~~ "You're joking?" I scoff. "These are the Prophecy?" I pointed at the three children standing beside them. It was like an inside joke that wasn't even laughable. "Yes, sweetheart! You cannot deny the coincidence that is happening all around us." Mrs. Beaver explained. Her motherly tone brought me some reassurance. I nodded reluctantly, glancing at the three children standing awkwardly. "So much for a Prophecy." ~~~~ "Is Aslan really your father?" Lucy asked me. I smirked in amusement as she sat down beside me at the river. "Is that what everyone keeps telling you?" Lucy nodded innocently. It was adorable how her cheeks redden in embarrassment. "No," I answered, "he isn't my father by blood but I like to think of him as one." I turn to the flowing river, watching as the tiny fishes jump every now and then out of the water. "He raised me, saved me from dying. I never knew my parents. Don't know if they're looking for me or continuing on with their lives like nothing is missing." I shrugged hoping to fool anyone who thought otherwise. If I put my guard up maybe no one will notice. ~~~~ "A King is never a King without his Queen by his side." A voice said from behind me. I smiled at his attempt of trying to woe me. "Oh?" I didn't need to take a look to know that he was already next to me. His warmth radiated to me like a magnet. "So, why is everyone calling me 'King' when my Queen is out here?" Peter said. I whipped my head over at him, baffled at his confidence. He smirked making me swoon for him even more. Especially, the way the setting sun shinned against his dirty blande hair and his blue eyes glowed even brighter. ~~~~ The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe {P. Pevensie} {The Shadow Series} {Part of Across The Multiverse Series} {Book 1} All of the credit of the books belongs to C.W. Lewis and the movies belong to Disney. I only own Natasha Rebecca Barnes and her plot.

I look at California. She sits on my lap in the circle of us pot heads. She's not what I expected. She smokes she's the most sarcastic person I've ever met. She's smart but hates school. She's a girly girl who hates dresses. She defies logic in so many different ways I expect her to sprout a horse tail and start flying. Heck when we first talked Tuesday she called me handsome and looked confused herself. She acts like she has no secrets, and maybe she doesn't, but there's something different about her. She holds confidence yet she's shy. She smokes even though she's supposed to be the typical good girl. I'm determined to find out what she's hidding if it's the last thing I do. "Baby it's almost one am." I say glancing at my phone. "We should head out, your dad already dislikes me." She turns back to me and nods. She lightly stands up and walks to the door but waits for me to walk with her. "Trevor!" She yells in her friends ear making him jump away from her other friend Greg. "You get a ride with Mar okay?" He needs and foes back to his public make out session with the other boy leaving Cali with a look of approval and bewilderment. She clips her hair over her shoulder exposing the skin of her upper back due to the low dip on the back of her dress. In the split second I see the skin I think I see a black crow with a green eye, but that's crazy. Only crow members can get crow tattoos and only descendants of the original crow can have the green eye. By tattoo that's on my lower back has a red eye. The red eye means non blood related member. But I have a smaller one with a blue eye beside it. The blue eye means leader. When California's biggest secret is discovered by her new boyfriend will she be able to keep her past and family secret the secret she wants it to be? Will the secret tear the couple apart or push them closer together?

Synopsis time: In Sintang Borneo a new Host Lara Michaels who's doing a documentary on the wildlife of Southeast Asia. One of the last animals in the documentary is a river dolphin that has moved deep in the Kapuas river. Problem is the river has been getting hit by crazy storms and every other riverboat captain says "There's no one dumb enough to battle the Kapuas in the wet season with the extreme weather and come back alive." No one except for a Canadian fisherman and riverboat Captain, John 'Buck' Benson. With no other option she tracks down the her last option, a man most known for being a 'sarcastic cockroach' and getting into bar fights. Story time: I've been writing for a few years and I am by no means a good writer. My strengths are telling a story and making characters. I've only worked in either horror and action. Now the reason I'm writing a short romance story is very simple. While watching this years Hallmark Christmas movies with my mates I made a bet that I could write a better short romance story in a day, and have a better romance even with a short deadline and a short stories length to build the characters. At first I was going to do it all in one big sitting but after my first attempt in 3:33:12 sucked I started completely over and have been doing this over a few days while keeping track of a 24 hour timer. This will also be the first story on here because Instead of just keeping this thing with me and my mates why not share to the world what a mediocre writer of horror/action can write in 24 hours in a genre he's never done before. At first it seemed like I would have been able to finish with maybe a little less time to edit but enough to still be thorough. Turns out I had enough time to make sure everything was spelt rightish. I still haven't read it over and wont until its posted so there's probably an awkward 180 from one of the few times I changed the story and forgot to go back and fix it... Sooo enjoy.

Life was dull, boring, and mechanical. I’ve always wondered if this would change. If something interesting will happen. I always hoped something interesting will happen. A falling meteor that would destroy half of town, an alien invasion, or even the Apocalypse. Anything, just to relieve me of this monotonous life I lead. “Urgh,” I groaned as I reached over to turn off the alarm clock that sounded like a hundred sirens in the early hours of dawn. The golden sun hasn’t come out to expel the surrounding darkness yet. I figured it would take an hour more or so for the sun to show its shining face, so I decided to eat breakfast and take a bath first. But little did I know that today was the day that my life would change. It was the day I met her. ---------- A short story. Hey guys! This is my first try writing a pure romance story. I hope you'll like it. :D This story will be rarely updated, since I'm busy with school and stuff. So, sorry in advance. ~Just Perfect EDIT: As of 03/29/14 (arranged in this order: dd/mm/yy), this story has deviated from its original "pure romance," into something worth delving deeper into. Quite interesting. And because of this... "something worth delving deeper into," I have decided to continue the story with a PART TWO! Though that will have to wait until after Exile. Or maybe when I get tired of Exile and hope to continue this again. But either way, there WILL be a part two for those who want more zoophilia. Cheers! 03/31/14 (again, in the dd/mm/yy order): Added a simple cover. Will be using this until I am able to draw a better image resembling both of the girl's forms. August 6, 2014: New cover. I like it.

"I never feared death... until I saw you." ~•~•~ Samuel gazed up at her from beneath his dark brow. The many scars that littered his chest, made her heart ache for him. Had anyone cared for him when these wounds were fresh? "You are staring again." He commented, his voice neutral. Eden swallowed, biting her lip anxiously, "And you are shirtless." She replied, her voice equally as monotone. "Aye, I am." He nodded, "But that is not why you stare." "I do not stare with pity if that is what you are suggesting." She quipped, "I have seen enough pity in my life I would never put that upon anyone else." "Yet still you stare." His green eyes appeared to sparkle as his lips curled into a knowing smirk, "You may not know why little flower, but you are staring all the same." ~•~•~ Samuel Cairn was a formidable warrior, his hands stained with blood and his soul marked and scarred. Years ago he put down his sword and sought the peace of the church. Taking up a house on the lands of a nunnery, he utilized his skills to hunt and provide fresh food for the secluded nuns of the St. Maurice Abbey. Eden Edergreene lost her father to mysterious circumstances, the entire village looking at her with fear as if she were the cause of his demise. But when livestock begins to go missing, and another male is found dead, more questions are raised. Who or what was attacking the small village of Tarafet? This is a fluffy romance about a monster hunter and a young woman searching for a place in this world. Expect slow burn romance and tension! Started: 1/7/25
