Erb, having lost his memories pertaining to his previous life, wakes up to find himself under the care of Yuuko, the dimensional witch. Unable to understand who he is or where he came from, Yuuko fills him in on key details, 2 of which being he is a hybrid descendent between 2 powerful races - Saiyan and Dragon - and she took from him his memories as payment for saving him, though not of her own will. She only did so out of a request from an unknown party who wanted what was best for his well-being. But she promises him they will be returned eventually, and what he needed to do now, was to first get stronger in both mind and body, so he can return to his home and fight against a faction belonging to a mysterious yet powerful organization, called Epoch. Thus, having no choice, Erb recuperates his strength, is then set forth with a guide name Bulb, the Bulbasaur, to different worlds, in order to gain strength, allies, and answers. Through his travels, he meets fellow Saiyans, a genius engineer, an elf-like goddess, a biomechanical android, and many more in a galaxy full of wonders and adventure, while battling against Epoch's main forces and learning of their secrets.
