Remus Lupin is a young boy with a troubling past, hesitant about attending Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry but when he arrives at school he finds that there are more possibilities in store for him that he ever imagined. Including friends of his own.

His books were his friends, his books were his lover, his book were his personality, his books were his comfort zone. Remus' suitcase for Hogwarts was mostly covered in fragile books, the paint peeling off the covers as the binding bended easily from all the days of being read. He didn't consider this as odd - simply as bringing your friends along. It all started off as an act kindness... Remus never planned for it to turn out the way it did. He was the boy's shield and sword, guiding him as they walked a path together. He didn't plan on the boy having his own sword. He didn't plan on the boy swinging it at him. He never planned on receiving death by a thousand cuts. ‎〰・❦・〰
