Jackson Hail is 17. He lives in Toronto Canada. He thinks he is a normal teenager until one day.
It was the next morning I felt kinda woozy. I looked myself in the mirror and I was really pale. I looked more muscular than usual. My eyes looked sunken in and dark. I opened my mouth and my teeth looked pointier than usual, but then I just thought it was me. My dad walked into the room and looked at me shockingly. He asked me quickly "What's wrong." "Nothing" I said really worried. My skin and face was really pale and sweaty. My whole body burned and stung. He stared at me angrily. "What happened" he said worriedly. "I don't know I said quickly and softly." "What happened!" He said strongly. I felt intimidated by him for some reason. "I know you're not going to believe me. I sneaked out."

My Mother Runs With Wolves

51 parts Complete

A genetically unique but emotionally lost teenager must figure out who she is within her mixed-up, warring world of Shifters and Wolfstalkers. ***** It wasn't Maddie's choice to be born a half-breed, half Shifter, half Wolfstalker -- a hunter of Shifters -- and it wasn't her choice to keep her identity a secret. But after trying to attend high school like any normal sixteen-year-old, things quickly spiral south when her Stalker uncle finds out about her and catapults her out of anonymity and into the awareness--or possibly the crosshairs--of The Order of the Wolfstalker. Maddie must think fast and figure out a way to keep herself and her family safe, or risk losing everything. Including her life. [[word count: 70,000-80,000 words]]
