Harley doesn't want to be here. Because of his dishonorable mom, his dad has moved their little broken family to a small town in Alabama. Carlton has only seventy people living there, and not a single one of them he has an interest in. Or, at least, that was his first thought.
Kinsey has always wanted to be here. Her father, a highly religious Christian preacher, has wanted nothing more than for his daughter and her two older brothers to turn into little angels, using the good book as a guide.
Lately, however, she hasn't been coming up to code. She drinks and parties and kisses boys to try and escape her own problems. Those problems consist of her abusive dad, the betrayal of her mother, and how she's beginning to question her own religion.
