Tony and his fiancee are woken up in the middle of the night by the sounds of a baby crying. They find a beautiful baby girl wrapped in what seems to be a gold basket outside their Malibu home, with a letter containing the baby's name and info. Both Tony and Susan take her in and become the baby's parents.   Years later, Tony realizes that as Athena keeps growing into a young woman, he becomes a protective father, since his daughter has almost all the boys after her, and she ends up falling for a super soldier, a living legend. But despite that fact, Tony sees a change in Athena that he can't explain. Athena has supernatural powers that she can't even explain her self. Where did these powers come from? Where is Athena from really?

This story takes place during the MCU's Iron Man 1 8 year old Stephanie Stark is Tony Starks adopted daughter. The two aren't necessarily close, but after Tony is kidnapped they both seem to realize how important they are to each other. Extended Summary - Stephanie Aiken was was born into a family of scientists, but only a few months after her birthday there was a fire. Her parents, Eric and Lillian Aiken, died and baby Stephanie went missing for 7 years. She was presumed dead, until found and handed over to a family very close to the Aikens. The Starks. Tony was shocked to find out he was now legal guardian of a child, but after some convincing from Pepper, his trusty assistant, he took her in as his own. Stephanie never really spoke, she was closed off and didn't like physical contact and Tony was okay with that. Less work for him. But after Tony disappears for three months, they both realize how much they cared for each other. Disclaimer!! I do not own any of Marvel Cinematic. The plot and characters all belong to the Russo Brothers and Stan lee. The only thing I own is Stephanie and her background.
