Jessie was just a normal, take it one day at a time, go with the flow, kinda gal. She’s used to moving around a lot, so she never tries to make any friends. In a family of 5 other siblings, she has found that nature is much better. So when she moves to Texas, she is expecting the same, no one ever bothering her, and nothing changes. Soon, two girls across the street start to bother her, and hang around her a lot. Cathy and Dare. Two annoying blondes.
