Al sur de la capital del Ecuador, a espaldas de la virgen del panecillo se desarrolla una historia juvenil bastante peculiar, donde los personajes principales son jóvenes reales mostrando sus emociones y la cultura actual en la que se desenvuelven.
Alex es un joven reservado y Doménica es una chica extrovertida, a Alex no le gustan las fiestas, a Doménica le encantan, o al menos eso es lo que aparenta, Alex es muy unido a su familia, Doménica no, Alex se rodea de pocas personas, Doménica es una chica popular y conocida por todos, incluso deseada por los jóvenes de su edad, pero al conocerse no pudieron evitar que las emociones salieran a la luz.
Todo es un sueño en un mundo en el que vivimos de recuerdos y conservamos la ilusión de volver a ver lo que un día creímos eterno. Un final inesperado es lo que el lector encontrara al involucrarse en el desarrollo de una historia fugaz y eterna a la vez.
