David was just an ordinary man. He grew up a country boy in Tennessee born to two hard working parents. He made his future career path known the whole of his childhood. He wanted to be a marine and serve the country he lived in. The navy was his goal and he would do whatever it took to achieve it. However, he had never planned to cross paths with the mythical beauty, Marina.
She was a child of the ocean. Born to the Acquarone pod of the Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful but especially curious even against her own parents' wishes. She knew it was forbidden to reveal their race to the homosapians but when David's vessel "Mariana" loomed over her home she had to investigate. The naval vessel cast a darkness on her home that she had never seen before. The Mariana was the biggest ship Marina had ever seen. If only she knew then how dark her life would become with the presence of the Mariana.
