In a distant realm where magic thrives, ferocious beasts shake mountains and rivers with their mighty roars, and individuals wield superhuman strength capable of reshaping their surroundings. It is a magical world where the strong rules. But rampant corruption and chaos exist, where slavery, rape, murder, and discrimination against the weak were all but common. The magically superior people trample over the lesser unfortunate folks, using them as stepping stones and disposable assets. All hope for these downtrodden souls seems lost, but the wheels of fate have other plans for them. In a faraway ocean, one that is filled with demons and sea monsters, a great technological civilization suddenly appeared, one that came from a world that is only filled with chaos and destruction. This civilization became the heaven for people seeking a stable and peaceful life. The Earth rose and seas parted ways, and the environment had totally changed for its adaptability. Unfortunately, the inhabitants of this great technological civilization are all but manaless, arriving in a world where they are seen as inferior and as slaves. How will they react of finding themselves in a world where people can split mountains or bend the fabric of space, and where beings exist that even conventional weapons cannot defeat? How will they survive against deadly monsters, superhumans, titanic creatures, gods, and eldritch forces that could threaten entire nations? They were the survivors, abandoned by the allies who swore to protect, in the ultimate gesture of greed and betrayal. Their world plunged into annihilation and chaos. Those who had been anonymous before the war found their will to rule, those who had experienced the comforts and ease of western life, thrust into darkness and despair. This brutal conflict had awoken those long sleeping, those who had ceased to care, those of immense power, the ones entrusted with the safe keeping of the often volatile mankind. Although their parallel world too was at risk, lethargy and arrogance ruled them. Against the backdrop of this savage landscape the saga of three such tribes of survivors unfold, and the unwitting chosen among them. The Children of the Gems
Twelve children were gifted with gems of magic. Twelve children had magic that ran through their blood, and they didn't even know it until it was almost too late. Twelve children were born to twelve different Gods and Goddesses, each having a different power than the one before them. Twelve children were shunned from the world that they grew up in, forgotten except for one who walked amongst them from time to time. Twelve children grew up on their own, with one just turning of age. Twelve children were needed to defeat the evil witch that captured eleven of the twelve Gods and Goddesses that they were sworn to protect. Twelve children were born over and over again until they were ready to face the old Crow that captured them. But the question remains: Are they actually ready, or are the Gods and Goddess praying on a lost cause, and is the world that they know already dead?
Forged In Ashes
The world was shaped by magic, not by men. Long before kingdoms rose and empires fell, there were the Spirits-ancient, unknowable beings of immense power. Some were as vast as the sky, stretching across the heavens like living storms. Others were as small as embers, flickering within the souls of mortals. It was said that, millions of years ago, these Spirits fused with humanity, binding their essence to the very blood of the people. From that moment, every child was born with a Spirit Within, a force that granted them power beyond that of ordinary creatures. Some commanded the seas, bending water to their will. Others walked in flame, unburned, destruction in their grasp. The strongest could reshape the land itself, carving mountains and summoning tempests.
