Jackson's world has changed since the events of Ice Sickle. He has made plenty of new friends and kept his old ones. But, with love also comes hatred. Jackson is still bullied, and some emotions and creatures are not at rest within him. Wounds haven't healed from the previous events of Ice Sickle. The living skeleton that had once haunted his nightmares has returned with a new vengeance. Jackson must face his fears once more, and as he fights away the figure, he must learn how to move on from his dog's passing.
