Erin had not visited her family cabin, in the rural community of Tranquil Lake, since the summer of 1997, when a gruesome event cut their summer short. Now, forced to return following her father's death, Erin meets up with old friends and begins to question her memories of what took place that summer. In an effort to uncover the truth, Erin spends more and more time at the cabin, distancing herself from her husband and Mom, and trying to keep herself together when bad things start happening again. Convinced that she was the catalyst to what happened in 1997, Erin must discover the truth before the past catches up and kills her.
