Bucky had plans to take her home to his parents when the war was over. But when Bucky received a letter saying she had been killed, he charged into enemy fire and was captured. 

But that was almost 70 years ago. Bucky is haunted by dreams of her dying and begging him to help her. While the dreams get worse, Natasha tells Steve of a file she found in the HYDRA data base about a killer they had named Shadow. The team is ready to take out Shadow, not save her.
