Imagine feeling all alone in a world that has no connection to you, what so ever...

Serena and Eva are one of the few Splits that are left on Earth. Serena is human and Eva is a Phaith. She is Serena's other being. She is a scaled creature that is supposed to be instinct that is part of Serena's soul. She is a silver serpent and becomes a magnificent dragon every full moon.

Okay enough with the odd stuff; Rena goes to a normal high school and acts like the normal 17 year old that she is. She has normal problems from boyfriends to an annoying brother. BUT, she has a Phaith. When at school, in public Eva is a detailed tattoo that wraps around her lower arm from her elbow to her wrist and she resembles a silver king cobra...

On Rena's 18th birthday she is overwhelmed with the events that suddenly appear in her life... a mysterious boy-new to town, a feeling inside that feels like magic and her world is about to be turned upside down. Will the boy be harmful? What are these feelings and will anyone discover Rena's biggest secret... that she is a Split with Eva and that Eva is real and a Phaith?
