A university whose been the top 3 rarest university in the universe,where there are no rules ,killing someone isn't a crime but it is considered a game ..
when the elements were tired of killing people by barehand they actually used a note called DEATH NOTE in order for them to kill easily and unmercilly ..What can you do ?Are you willing to die ? or are you willing to survive? or are you able to surpass the death notes curse ?
