How would you feel if everyone repeatedly called you insane? Or said you were "over reacting?" Either way no one ever actually knew what 19 year old Arabella Cruz had gone through her whole life. She was diagnosed with severe depression at the age of 12 and post-traumatic stress disorder at 14 and as of now she is a patient at one of the best mental institutions in America. What happens when the world's biggest boyband comes to visit patients there and a certain boy happens to end up talking to Arabella?
