You never really realize what kind of bad things can happen to people until you actually see these things happen.
  When I was seventeen, my best friend went through something that has left me traumatized to this day. If only we’d been more informed, maybe we could have done something. We could have tried to help. But I seemed to have been the only person listening to her silent cries for help. And there wasn’t anything I could do.

Nevermore. {An Anorexia Story}

9 parts Complete Mature

Anorexia. Something nobody believes could ruin them until it's far too late. Ivy is infected with the thoughts of anorexia. This is her story as she gradually loses herself to her mind. This story is meant to remind people of the reality of anorexia, it is a glorified disorder that is truly horrific and it takes the life of many people every year. If you or a loved one is struggling with an eating disorder get help immediately. The longer it goes on, the harder it is to get better and the more likely it is that you or they will die or suffer long term complications. Resources are available at places like the NEDA Information about eating disorders can be found at: https://www.nationaleatingdisorders.org/what-are-eating-disorders And treatment options can be found at: https://map.nationaleatingdisorders.org/
