Between Heaven and Hell

Carlos has just died.
He isn't a demon or an angel.
He isn't in Heaven or Hell.
He is a soul. A soul in a ruined city filled with others who had lost their lives.
They are given new names after they're ripped from existence, with little memory of when they were alive. There's three things they remember.
Their family, their friends...
And the one who killed them.

But everyone has differences, and Carlos, known by the others as Pilotome, along with some others, are Outcasts.

The job of an outcast is to stay out of the traps of the Spirits who try to control them.
Their job is to get to the afterlife before they are once again killed.
Because if that happens...

They'll never see anything or anyone again...
