After the war, her two teammates just had to fight again. Sakura is already exhausted, with a wounded Kakashi beside her. She contemplated whether to go there or just pass out right then and there. Her worry over her two boys won though, so she supported Kakashi and made her way towards Naruto and Sasuke.
What she didn't expect is that she's suddenly back in time, in an unknown girl's body, with a blond, blue-eyed boy by her side.
And, no. It's not Naruto.
