Psycho Pass: Unwanted Criminal

Haruko Takashima has always been top of her class. She didn't care if she got over 200 points on the final test. She didn't care about what jobs the Sybil System requested for her.
Well... there was one she did care about.
Haruko's parents, both brilliant Inspectors, died on the field against the mass murderer, Shogo Makishima. When she heard Makishima was killed, she decided to work at the MWPSB in the CID. When she did, the MWPSB was going through the voting of a new chief since the old one had betrayed them. Even though she was a newbie, she had her first case just before dusk.
How will Haruko fair in her new job for justice? How will her new colleagues and friends help her during her first year?
