After the Giant War, Gaea is defeated. But the end is never the end for these demigods. Unfortunately for them, Mother Earth had another trick up her sleeve. In her final moments, the world witnessed a bit of a reset: no more Mist. Without the Mist to protect the mortals from the real happenings of the world, the gods come to the decision to reveal themselves to the mortals below in hopes of preventing a riot when they eventually discovered their presence above NYC.
