Charlotte's brother Grayson had been working for Cavill Architectural Design Firm for a few years now.  His sister Charlotte lives in the states in New York.  Grayson knew Charlie needed a job and got her one with Cavill as a designer for business offices.  This is the first time that the two will meet.
