"What would it take to make you undertand that there is no light or dark... There is just the force... and balance." This is a Star Wars fan fiction inspired by the last movies. In these case, around Ben Solo and Rey after TLJ, and their journey of discovery about the true meaning of balance. Also, this is my first attempt to write directly in english. Happy to hear your thoughts about it. Cover art from @pandacapuchino from instagram.

When Ben Solo turns his back on the First Order, aiding the Resistance in a crucial battle taking place at least a year after the events of The Last Jedi, he is sentenced to be exiled, and with him, Rey, with whom he shares a powerful Force Bond. He is being condemned for the crimes he committed against the galaxy when he called himself Kylo Ren; Rey is going with him because she was the one to defend him in his trial. Together, they are sent to a remote forest/mountain planet for five years with minimal contact from friends/family at the end of each year. During their exile, Rey and Ben will learn many things, not just about each other, but also about the true nature of the Force, and of themselves. And maybe, they will discover that something even deeper and more powerful than a Force Bond is keeping them together (no, they are not related).
