Everyone stared at me like I was acting weird,I sat upright and groaned under my breath, and sighed. “Mom, the best you can do is bring a whole bunch of guys to me on my worst.”
My mom rushed over to me and looked at me, then covered her mouth. “Please tell me you’re joking around. Lylah Dane Nash, this is NOT the time to be joking around.”
I rolled my eyes and huffed.” I swear to God I don’t know who these people are. What are you trying to hook me up? I’m going to be disabled for a while, not destined to be a socio.”
