as some of my long time readers may remember one of my first stories was about Shusei Kagari of Psycho Pass and his OC Inspector. The story was one chapter long, completely rushed and unplanned. Now nearly three years later Ive decided it was time to give you all a more detailed longer account of this story. I hope you enjoy it as I have put years worth of thought into it and hope that it does the characters justice. Enjoy the tragic love Story of Shusei Kagari.
