Izabelle Amber comes back to Arcadia Bay from Seattle, a few months after the mystery of Rachel Amber is unraveled. The rising musician wants to revisit past friends and reconnect with her hometown.
"I always knew that coming back to Arcadia Bay would be hard on me. Especially after I learned what happened to my cousin Rachel. We used to text each other every day, then one day she just stopped. After noticing she hadn't read any of my messages for months, I called her parents. That's when they told me that Rachel had been missing for 6 months, she just disappeared without a trace. Little did I know, that one of my best friends would soon end up finding her body. "
After receiving a gift from a relative, she finds out what really happened to Rachel, and her other female classmates. This new found "power" leads Izabelle to believe that some of her friends are the next targets of the new photography teacher, as well as herself. She has to choose between saving her friends, or herself.
