Mipha felt as if she should not confess her feelings to Zelda. Although, no one truly knows Zelda's true feelings.

The Legend Says I Love You | Zelink
Zelda doesn't believe in soulmates; Zelda barely even believes in herself. That is, until Link turns up with a sword strapped to his back, heralding the end of times. Now, they must work together to prevent the fall of Hyrule and rise of Calamity Ganon. But, the task proves as tricky as expected, especially when Zelda feels like she's falling faster than her Kingdom...and perhaps in a way she never expected to. Pre-game (and post-game, eventually) fic centred around Link's memories and what might've happened in between them.Kumpleto

Fortune Favors the Courageous
"Princess!" he yelled after her. "Where are you going?" "Back to the castle," she replied without stopping. "Not by yourself you're not!" "I'm sorry,"-she whipped around-"I didn't realize you were my father?" "Your father, the king, would execute me for letting you travel by yourself." "Oh, so this is about self-preservation?" "Yes. Yours. There are monsters all over Hyrule now, Your Highness." Blue eyes pointedly looked her up and down. "And by the looks of it, you're not equipped to handle that." She mirrored his scrutiny and scoffed. "What, and you are?" She gestured to the cairns beyond the trees. "Are you going to protect me as well as you protected them?" Calamity is upon Hyrule. The Goddess Hylia appointed but two children to prevent the end of the world. The powers they were promised don't come easily, and after years of outright failure, Princess Zelda can't help but wonder if Hylia chose wrong. It certainly doesn't help that the boy fate has tangled her with makes her seethe. Devotion, heartbreak, inadequacy. Faith, perseverance, and courage. This is a story of finding what lies within. [This story is set in a fusion of Breath of the Wild/Tears of the Kingdom, with a couple tweaks and some familiar faces'n'places from older games joining along the way!] Thank you for the #1 spot in the Zelda tag! 💗 And thank you for #1 in PrincessZelda, LinkxZelda, Zelink, Midna and BreathoftheWild tags!! A Breath of You (Link X Reader)
Dear Journal, Impa told me that writing this after Link passed would help me heal. Heal in what way? I don't want to heal, I don't even want to live. Link was my everything. I haven't seen him in weeks and suddenly he's dead? I should've been a good wife. I should have stayed by his side and fought. I wish it were me. I wish I died instead. He's the hero, he should be alive. I miss him so much. (Y/n) has remained alive for 100 years. One hundred painstaking years. Each year that ticks by, she has no idea why she lives. Falling Worlds; Zelink, Modern Magic AU (The Legend Of Zelda)
Hyrule; a story world above the clouds. Starfall; the surface world that doesn't believe in floating islands. Legends of cities in the sky roll across the lands, but no one really believes in them. Only Kaebora, a middle-aged theoretical scientist, and his daughter Zelda openly proclaim that they believe in places such as Hyrule. Read on to enjoy a twisting tale of Falling Worlds~ I've been getting more and more annoyed, so I'll say it here in the descriptions. Please don't swear in my comment section. If you do, I'll delete it. Hate speech, swearing, and inappropriate comments will all be deleted. Started May 6th 2016 Ended October 17th 2016 Total write time, 5 months 11 days.
