Hello and Welcome! Have you ever wondered about the history and origins of your favorite spices?  Have you ever seen a new spice or heard of a new spice and wondered how to use it?  Well we hope to be able to answer some of those questions.  Here you can find the history of various spices, their uses in cooking as well as other uses.  We will be including recipes as  well.  If you have a particular spice you would like to tell us about please contact us and we will get with you about adding it to the book.
