"I hope if everyone runs, you choose to stay." ------------------------- Y/N used to be just your average house cat. She used to be oblivious to anything beyond where the quietest place to sleep was and when her owners would be home. She was used to having the easy life. She was used to worrying about what she'd have for dinner, and that was all. Y/N was used to living on Earth. Now however, she's millions of light years away, trapped in a place where friends are little and enemies are everywhere. Alone. Shortly after she was kidnapped, Y/N was mutated into a Galra/Cat hybrid, and is now tasked with the job of keeping the Prince in line. Y/N knows she has to follow all orders given to her by her new superiors; she also knows that if anything were to happen to their Prince, then it would be her head. However, how does one protect someone who clearly hates you? Also, how are you supposed to blindly trust someone who won't tell you what the goal is in the long run? For now, Y/N keeps her head down. Completes her job. Listens to the witch in her head. Silently hoping that if she obeys for long enough, then maybe she can find a way back to Earth. But what happens when the person she's supposed to be protecting switches the roles? How will she cope without the one she's come to need? The Dark Crystal
In a world, a long, long time ago, lived a crystal. The lands flourished and bloomed until the crystal cracked, the shard lost to time. There came two races with the crystal cracked, the Skeksis and the Mystics. With both races dying, only one could save them. His name was Keith, the last known living Gelfling. He was the chosen one. And he has no clue. NOTE: This takes place in the Dark Crystal universe but still has my own twists to it. I'm basing this story solely off the movie and my own imagination. A few tidbits of knowledge that would make this story make a lil more since are: -This one-shot is only based off the movie, not the comics nor the upcoming (as of 2019) show. -All of the species named here (Gelfling, Skeksis, Mystics, Podlings) are all more humanoid than what is canon in the Dark Crystal movie but you can still image them as you wish. -The Skeksis are the Galra. (The Mystics AREN'T the Alteans though.) Image the Skeksis as more Galra-like or more Skeksis-like, do what fits your imagination. The Atlas and its crew are readying for a mission several galaxies away in order to restore peace across the universe. The problem is, the crew will be spending Christmas aboard the Atlas. While it's cramped and at times uncomfortable, Voltron, the MFEs and the Atlas crew will spend time getting to know each other. - This is me making an entirely plotless winter-y themed fanfiction. It's also available on AO3. Fake Mistletoe is set within the canon universe (aka it's not an AU), but it's not within any canon timeline. Lance always gets the short end of a stick in the team. He works the hardest, always pushing his limits and trying to succeed every day. The only issue is that no one sees what Lance does and only pays attention to his failures. Since he wasn't able to attach the spy bug Pidge created, the team had the "bright idea" of discussing the replacement of Lance without him. Lance found out and was done with being a paladin of Voltron, but then Lotor came into the picture. Will Lotor Value lance? Will Lance leave Voltron? Will Voltron fall apart? The Lotor Chronicles
I decided to write a redemption story on Lotor. I feel Lotor is a complex character. The fact he had a mixed heritage it was never explored in flashbacks and what lead to him turning against the Galra. I know season 8 trailer hasn't dropped yet so we will never know until then what really happened to Lotor after the big fight with Voltron. This is my take on what happened to him. I only managed to write 13 chapters. if you like my story I will continue with the next chapters. I have so many ideas on where to go with this story. You will probably guess I am a Lotura shipper so that will be my end game for this story. I also added a new character that has some relations to a character already mentioned in the show.
