It will make more sense when you read the chapter titled: 'The little boat' near the end of the book, but the actual story is 60 chapters long.

I fought in the Vampire Wars for five years alongside my dog, Gizmo. Between us we slaughtered more Vampires than any other unit in the Army but still Humanity was losing. Then the Werewolves came out and joined Humanity simply because they hated Vampires. This was all about the same time that more mythical creatures were found to be real. Fairies, Demons, Goblins and many more. Sometimes hidden on Earth like the Vampires and Werewolves, some in realms that weren't on Earth but connected. We defeated the Vampires and soon they and the Werewolves were integrated into society. For the most part other creatures kept to their own realms apart from raids by Goblins and Fairies working as strippers. I had left the Army and was working as a Private Eye. A low rent flat come office and largely low rent clients but it suited me. Then one day a Vampire came through the door. A beautiful Vampire who needed my help She liked dogs and wore bright purple DMs and was called Sam. Plus she was related to the most powerful Vampire in the world whose daughter had been kidnapped. Soon I found that many children had been taken, Human, Vampire, Werewolf and Elf. Never any ransom, the children simply disappeared. So I searched with Sam - niece of the Master Vampire, Sean Strathearn - a friend from the SAS, Fanny - a Faery stripper and of course Gizmo - a very special dog. We travelled realms, fought with Dragons and found Mabel - probably the most evil person I have ever met.

The hordes of hell's minions could not afford to have the human race turn into angels. To stem the spread of the angel virus, they invaded. Suddenly, it was up to Rik and Trixie to save the city, and themselves, and maybe the whole human race. --- Complete. Still polishing. As might be inferred from the title, this story deals in a loose way with Christianity, one of the five major world religions. It is not, however a "Christian story" in the sense of illustrating actual religious experience or practice. I just thought I'd be plain about that here, so readers can decide whether to turn the page or not. This story is an urban fantasy and it is entirely fictional. Content rating: teen. The Adapter's Reign. During this time the wielder of this sacred gear lived a long life and gained so much experience from the gear and the many who challenged him that he could've been regarded as the most powerful being in the supernatural world, however, towards the end of his reign the war between god and the 3 devil kings broke out, at the same time as the 2 heavenly dragons clashing. Within this chaos, the Adapter's life was shortened through the stress and he couldn't keep up with the erratic power fluctuations until he eventually he was cornered by the Fallen Angels and the Devils. "Hehehe, you want this power? Well you can't have it. I decide who will wield it, and I tell you this, if you don't make them an ally I will make sure that they bring all of you down. When you play god, you'll crumble one by one." With that, the Adapter cast his sacred gear out into the world where it lay dormant for a century until one day, a boy, no older than 18 found it by sheer chance. "Welp. Time to do some fuck shit. WOOO!"

Then they get a deadly virus that, because of their shit immune system, brought them to an early grave. They thankfully did make it to heaven. They quickly began a new life up in heaven. They made friends. They began to thrive up there in the fluffy clouds. They had a second chance at a bright future... until it all got thrown down the drain. Their foster mom always did say their short fuse would be the death of them. Now, Kit is in hell. A fallen angel that is also a minor. Not the best combination in this scenario. Jack has lived in Norte Dame since he was a child, and his caregiver Judge Nevil has always told him that the outside world was a evil place where only the severs of Lucifer lived and sever. He even tells Jack that he should be lucky he doesn't live down there because of his powers, that God made him to sever only Nevil and to make him happy. But Jack had a secret, when Nevil would be gone for most of the day, he would sneak out of the Bell Tower and go into town to see the world, to be one of the human down there. And on one day, he ran into a girl, a gypsy girl. Elsa is a gypsy with the secret power of controlling ice. To everyone it's just a trick that most gypsy do to get some extra money. No one knew how she does it but she'd never tell, no reason to let people really believe she was a witch when really, she was just different and alone. That was until she meets the boy in the Bell Tower. Can Elsa and Jack fight through Judge Nevil, another man who wants to marry Elsa and half of Pairs trying to get rid of the gypsy people?
