In a world meeting, England gets fed up with Russia always flirting with China. This is because even after the one night stand with China, England still cared for him. But China freaked out and started to avoid him. Until England took their son, Hong Kong. So, theres another reason they never got together. But that never meant England didn't fall in love with him.
