Stacy always dreamed about werewolfs existing. So she decided to buy a husky, turns out it was a one of a kind husky. Her grandfather was Aspen Fleetwood, he was an adventurous man who one day stumbled upon a pack of werewolfs. There they taught him everything about their culture and nature. However the pack was sentenced to death for teaching a human their ways, Aspen wrote a book, teaching and telling stories about the werewolfs. He wrote everything down and handed it to Stacy, who now knows the secrets that no other human knows.

Hayden Caspian, the Alpha of the Grove pack. Has sent his Beta in search of the book that Aspen wrote, he only has a tiny piece of paper that was ripped off the book. Its sent was fading so his Beta must find the book fast and burn it. After two weeks past there was no report from the Beta, in which Hayden took desperate measures and sent a search party. Little did he know that his Beta was adopted by the granddaughter of Aspen.
