That is until Techna Cyborson discovers that the people of Andropolis are under a telepathic control. Confused over why she isn't falling into the same mindless agreement that everyone else around her is falling into after hearing the morning PSA she searches for answers online. Finding a set of rebellious twin girls and a blind girl who share the same concern. The three prong scars on their necks do little to ease their confusion and the need to learn the truth. What else besides being adopted do they all have in common?
