This story is about a young boy by the name of Kim Yoogi born as a pure blooded vampire. While others around him were infected. Losing everything he becomes a great surgeon but unlocks many secrets of past and present. A young girl by the name of Min Sune the daughter of the owner of RedTree Hospital is put on a team under the instructions of Kim Yoogi. Both fight a love hater relationship later to figure a vampire. Kim Yoogi has trouble with his hungry to find men watching on him and spying on him.
