Imagine a huge disaster that was never supposed to happen, one where everyone on the planet got killed. Well, that's what happened when a group of Gotham villains decide to create the ultimate weapon. Instead of it working, it kills everyone one on the planet, except for them and a hand full of survivors. 5000 years later, all the villains seperated and created their own cities, which are ruled by their descendents. what happens if the leaders of the cities become friends and unlock a horrifying secret?
