This is a poem book that holds emotions of what has been written in my past with new, I lived a life of what wasn't very nice, but that didn't stop me from doing what it is I love, When I put my own bloodstained ink to poetic paper, my whole world comes to life. A 7-year poetic memoir about grappling with Trauma, Mental health, and Crisis of Faith This is a collection of 7 years of poetry I have written about my journey with grief, trauma, abuse, SA, mental health, spiritual crisis, and my journey with God throughout my life. These are my life stories and I have put my blood, sweat, and tears into these poems. I hope my story will help others on their healing and/ or faith journeys. Healing is not linear.

This is a story about me. I loved, and I lost. Everything I could gather from the fragments of my memories, emotions, and reflections, I've poured onto the pages of this book. It's not just a tale of heartbreak or longing-it's an attempt to make sense of it all, to piece together what remains after life takes away what matters most. These pages hold my joys, my regrets, and everything in between. If you've ever loved deeply, if you've ever lost something irreplaceable, then perhaps you'll find a part of yourself here too.

This is a collection of all of the poems I have written. The topics vary. I started writing poems 7 years ago & it became a huge hobby. My goal one day is to publish a book of all of them.. Enjoy the Pages Of My Heart!

This is a personal documentation through poetry. I am learning to look inward now, give myself love when I least want to. I do not live to love others, I live to love myself. I will find and create what is enough for me, and you will learn to let it be enough for you. 2022
