The Tragedy, the event which destroyed all of the world and caused countless killing games to go on. Whole cities, countries, and continents were demolished during the attack from Ultimate Despair.

One area, though, was destroyed in a war a long time ago, and is populated heavily once more. But this time, Monokumas rule here.

This would be the Velosian Kingdom, which now seems to be populated with people on the run from Monokumas, and Ultimate Despair themselves, most likely the ones controlling the Monokumas and wrecking more havoc.

There are some students from Hope's Peak who were taken after The Tragedy affected the academy, and they are now locked up in this Kingdom. With one of them escaping during the Monokuma attacks, will they manage to escape the kingdom? Or will they be killed in this kingdom now filled with Despair?
