Luke isn't the "average" teenager. He has autism. People treat him differently. He is babied by some, and bullied by others. No one sees how he feels. No one. He has a few friends, but they don't seem to care. His parents are overprotective. His brothers are too involved with their lives. He is lonely and nobody understands. He doesn't see the worth he has. He sees himself as strange and pathetic. He has too many secrets. Luke needs someone. Someone that will lift him up, and tell him how much he's worth it. Someone that will understand him, and always be there for him. But he thinks there's no one out there that would care for someone like him. He's ready to give up. Until Calum

Cover

Michael has always been shy and timid. Not because he was abused at home or anything like that. In fact, he had very loving parents. Very rich, loving parents. And well, whenever people found out, they always suddenly wanted to be his friend to use him. To get the latest gadgets or games for their birthdays, and to borrow money that they never give back. They always left in the end, gradually and subtly so he wouldn't notice until it was too late. It didn't bother him as a kid; there were others to play with. But once middle and high school started, it hurt a lot. Especially when they began to pick on him after getting what they had wanted from him. So when his parents moved to Sydney, he saw his chance. His chance to pretend that he was like any other normal kid who had to wait for the latest phone or the newest video game. But when he meets three best friends in the year above him, his cover begins to unravel.
