A crossover between the musicals, Hamilton, (but modernized,) Be more chill, some Heathers, and Dear Evan Hansen.
Evan Hansen, a young boy with social anxiety, and Jeremy Heere, a boy who longs for attention, and popularity, have their lives changed to the unexpected. Michael, Jeremy's best friend starts to also hang out with Evan's childhood bully, Connor Murphy. Then, Evan's Childhood friend, Phillip Hamilton, returns back and goes to Evan's school. He explains to Evan about all the problems he and his father are facing. Will the teenagers survive the three girls who are coincidentally named Heather? Phillip's father is also working at their high school as a new history teacher, with his old buddies working around. Alexander Hamilton, Mr. Hamilton, will see familiar faces he never thought he would have seen again.
....But will things end up the way they wanted them to?
Alexander Hamilton was adopted into an orphanage when he was younger and now, 20 years old, works there.
John Laurens was raised in a homophobic household and signs up for a stay-away job as a teacher at an orphanage... in New York.
Both from unhappy pasts, these two find solace in each other and the community that the orphanage provides. Tension grows, feelings develop, and escaping their respective pasts becomes harder.
Can they face their demons together and find the courage to tell each other how they feel?
Fluffier than it sounds. Like, so fluffy. 40% fluff, 40% drama, 20% hurt/comfort.
Side ships: Jeff/Mads is developing, boyf-riends is in the works, Kliensen, Marliza, and Zoelana make appearances. Sally and Peggy also are pining for each other. DRAMA.
Trigger warnings: violence, abuse, gay slurs (censored), implied (past) rape, suicidal thoughts.
Characters from: Lin? Hamilton? History? Dear Evan Hansen, Be More Chill, In The Heights.
