This was a short story I wrote for my English class. We were given the prompt, "the things you carry", because we are currently reading "The Things They Carried" By Tim O'Brian. I got a little carried away with it... But I'm proud of it nonetheless.
This story is about loneliness, and how one's thoughts can weigh on their shoulders.
