"Mum, you can't leave me... how could you?" A gasp escaped her lips. Her mother had been the only one by her side-and now she was gone too. There was nothing she could do. It was destiny, written by the Almighty Allah. Now, she was all alone. No one to support her. No one to care. No one to gently caress her soul. The one person she thought would care-Zidan Sheikh-was nowhere to be found. She was left by herself in her vast, empty mansion. Zoha Siddiqui, 22, single-one of the youngest owners of a top-ranking business. Life had left her bitter. A natural introvert, she let very few people in. Only Aunt Farah, her mother's best friend, made efforts to stay in touch-always checking in on her friend's daughter. And whenever depression gripped her heart, her mother's words would echo back, like a healing balm: "Have faith in Allah, for He is the best of planners." ⸻ On the other hand... Syed Amaan-one of the biggest names in the business world-had everything a person could wish for. Yet beneath the success, he carried a gentle, caring heart. He understood what it meant to have true faith in Allah. But then again-no one is perfect. "Amaan, I want you to marry," his mother said softly, stroking his hair. "You're a grown man now-and your deen remains incomplete. A spouse completes half your faith." This time, she wasn't joking. And he knew it. He sighed, stood up, and replied: "Go on, Mom... maybe I'm ready now." ⸻ But what happens when someone wants Zoha-not for love, not for faith-but for all the wrong reasons? "I need you for one night," he said, sending shivers through her body. She felt sickened. Disgusted. Her faithful soul recoiled at the thought. A halal couple trying to protect their pure love from haram intentions. Their journey is more than just romance-it's about faith, resilience, and destiny. Note: This story isn't just for Muslims. Everyone is heartily welcome to read and connect with the soul of Amaan and Zoha's journey.

COMPLETED ✔️✔️ "I don't want to argue with you, Z." Karim gritted out. "Stop calling me that, Karim." Zaira growled. "Do not refer to me by my name. You'll refer to me with my title. We aren't even friends to begin with." Zaira glared and Karim glared back with the same intensity. "Give him to me willingly and I won't send this any further, Z. I'll even give you the chance to see him. I'm being generous even for you. So just take my offer." Karim said calmly. "You've got to be crazy. Why on Earth would I give him to you? What do you even want him for?" Zaira said angrily. Karim exhaled. "I see. My lawyers will be in touch with you soon. They'll try to settle this privately with you. But if you still decide to be stubborn then we will meet in court in the coming weeks. I won't be so generous then." Karim turned away without waiting for her to speak and walked out of the house. He shuffled through the snow which got into his shoes. He hated snow. The car door to the back was already opened for him to enter. "Let's go. And get my chief attorney on the line." Karim told Ali. "Yes Sir." He closed his eyes and inhaled deeply before exhaling. And with the escape of breath from his lungs came a lone tear from his eye. For the first time in a while, he allowed the tear to drop. ** They knew they were paired from the very beginning but destiny didn't side with them. Pain was etched into their daily lives. Yet none would back down from what they thought was necessary. Pain was a small price to pay. Lies and secrets. Pain and sorrow. Love and Passion. Continue the journey of a not so happily ever after fairytale. Because happily ever after existed in only fairytales. And this was not a fairytale. **This can't be read as a stand-alone. You have to read With Souls, Paired first. This is the sequel to it.** Book 4 of The Secret Series Started: March 2021 Ended:

"Want me to read to you?" he asked, voice barely above the hush of dawn. She nodded, nestling closer. So he began, the words spilling into the room, wrapping around them like silk. "Wa min ayatihi an khalaqa lakum min anfusikum azwajan..." (And of His signs is that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquility in them...) Alya's lashes fluttered. She could have lived a thousand lifetimes right there, each one spent simply listening to this. When he finally closed the mushaf, he looked over at her with eyes so gentle "You look like your heart is somewhere else," he teased, thumb brushing her cheek. "It's right here," she whispered. "With you. With Him." ~ She didn't fall in love. She fell into silence. The kind that comes after you've cried so much, your tears forget how to fall. The kind that lives in the space between heartbreak and healing. Then came Zaid. He didn't arrive like lightning. He arrived like the adhan-soft, calling, certain. He never looked too long. He never said too much. Alya didn't believe in fairy tales. Not after the things she'd endured. She had every reason to run But when the proposal came when he asked for her hand the way a believer should- it wasn't her heart that said yes. It was her sabr. She said yes, Not because she was ready. Not because she wasn't scared. But because something about him felt safe. Not the kind of safe that promises no pain- but the kind that holds your hand through it. Their marriage wasn't fireworks. It was healing in hushed tones. He asked with intention. She answered with trust. And together, They built a sanctuary with their Lord at the center- Where Qur'an echoed louder than the world outside, And love felt like sujood after a storm. This isn't a story of falling in love. It's a story of choosing love. Of trusting Allah more than your fears. Of a girl who thought she was too broken to be loved, and a boy who believed healing begins at marriage. 1 ~♡
